In addition, because damages are often difficult to
quantify, you agree to pay Cinechance.com / Panagal
Technologies liquidated damages of Indian
Rupees.250/- for each piece of Spam addressed to any
individual recipient or unsolicited bulk email
transmitted from or otherwise connected with your
Cinechance.com / Panagal Technologies account, or
Cinechance.com / Panagal Technologies's actual
damages, whichever is greater.Due to the global
nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all
local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable
content.
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by
the laws of India. You hereby consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in
Madurai, India in all disputes arising out of or
