Ananya Medya

Ananya Medya was established as a Delhi Arm of Mumbai Based Taurus Video to produce quality programming content in Delhi.  

Within a couple of years we not only secured business in Delhi, but also developed a strong creative and production team in Delhi, to undertake full fledged production of Audio Visuals, Corporate communications, Tele films and Ad Films. As a result, at present the list of clients include Ministry of Human Resource Development, Agriculture, Tribal Development, Northern Railways, FICCI, GenRev Films Hollywood, and VoxPop UK., Good Films Hollywood etc. to name a few.

Acquiring his film making abilities while working with Taurus, a Mumbai based TV Serial production house Nirupam Kalidhar has been creatively associated with leading TV Serials such as Saans, Palchhin, Siski, Kyon Hota Hai Pyar and Sonpari. 

In 1999, he was appointed the Executive Producer for a promotional Ad Campaign film, made for the Ministry of Human Resource Development. A one-minute film was a promotional campaign for Adult Education Awareness, called 'Jaago Re Jaago'. The film won the best film award from RAPA, in its category.

With increasing work in Delhi and adjoining areas a thought of having an independent production house in North India was conceived and converted into reality in March 2001 with the launch of Ananya Medya. The organisation was further strengthened by the induction of Mr Harsha Prasad as the creative head, who with his multifaceted talents has excelled in Channels such as TNT & Discovery.

As an independent production house, Ananya Medya has already produced number of films and corporate audiovisuals within a short span of time. In December 2001, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, awarded a short film to be made on the problem of Hunger and Food Distribution. The one-minute promotional film called Towards Hunger Free India was an effort to create a sense of security towards the self-reliance in Food Grain stocks and the measures taken towards Hunger Free India. The film was highly appreciated.

The other projects undertaken are short films on events organized by M/s FICCI such as INDIAChem, a promo film on Indian Pharma Industry and a short film on FRAMES, a global event on the Indian Entertainment Indust ry  We have also shot independently an India Mobile user profile for an
international firm VOX POP International, UK. The project done for NOKIA was awarded to us after short listing from many firms in India and seeing our work. We, under our banner, have produced an 80 mts. Telefilm on the theme of Terrorism & Communal Harmony, named Aagaaz (a new beginning), and have already received very good reviews.

This was followed by an Ad film for a New York based Client M/s SAP innovations which was shot in India in association with M/s Good Films New York, and a promotional/Ad film for a leading Management and Technical college M/s NICE Society, and a series on Indian Classical music for a FM channel.

With complete pool of creative people and postproduction resources, Ananya Medya is fast emerging as leading content providers for television medium., and is fast becoming a one-stop station for filming needs of various clients.
