Job Role 

• Recruitment & necessary training of the team. 
• Designing the strategy of the station in conjunction to the National content strategy. 
• Creating the FPC and implementing the FPC with all possible tie up’s required for content sourcing 
• Designing localized shows, promotions for the same.
