I have no experience in modeling or acting, although i am here applying so that i can understand this industry and start with modeling and progress into acting. I have been living all over the world (well, in every continent anyway) and have traveled so many countries to know about people's cultures, how they think, act and live in their own society.
this has given me the opportunity to envision different characters that i can play. i have tried this out before by adapting to every culture where i visit or live.
i have been watching movies since i was 6 years old, regardless of the restricted age of the movie, thus allowing me to learn and understand points of acting, demand of the directors and producers and so on. my favourite movies are die hard, gladiator, starship troopers, pan's labyrinth, akira, the ghost and the darkness and a bunch of other movies until now, which is my most favorite movie of all (you guessed it): dark knight.
although movies are big hits, the point of being an actor is to create art, not just profit. these days movies are becoming dull with just special effects taking over (just like watching the special effects crew playing a game while creating the scenes). I have favorite series, such as prison break, heroes, afterworld, lost and so on as they focus on the art of acting.
my favorite actors are nicolas cage in "the rock", hugh jackman in all his movies, morgan freeman in all his movies, jim carrey but he is outdated now, jackie chan for outstanding creativity, angelina jolie for her personality outside the shows (which is part of the job) and a few others.
