Hi I have no previous experience, just curious. I am into a lot of sports, mostly of the extreme type :) I am doing le parkour (free running) mostly at the moment along with weights training. This has enabled me to get a bit of muscle and reduce my body fat% to 6.4% the last time I checked (22/04/08), I am a student at the moment studying exercise science and loving it.
