I called the SUN Direct office (may be call centre) and they said it is Rs. 2000/- ( Rs. 1000 cost of Operatus + Rs. 1000 of installation charges) !!! What is all about this. Any Idea???

We booked a Sun DTH connection a few days back. Their distributors are only interested in collecting the money. They are not activating the service for more than 5 days. When we call, they do not reply properly and only say it will be done. We at last lost the existing cable connection too and not able to watch any programs for the past 5 days. They are really very poor service providers when compared to others in the field like Airtel and Tatasky.

It is really a very bad experience for us, making innumerable phone calls to sun DTH and the distributors and they give lame excuses like "Lot of bookings for new year, our system is slow, employee was on leave, etc." They are the most unprofessional and I will not recommend Sun DTH to any of u.
