New face heros Vs new face Heroines in Tamil and Malayalam films

I am a malayalee basicly and brought up in Chennai and working in Bhilai.

I used to watch malayalam and tamil films, if you closely watch the movies, we can find that new faces or not getting proper lime light unless or otherwise if they are from Star families.

Watch in Tamil films :

Rajni and Kamal don't have any cinema background but they build their career with their own and with the support of Director K Balachandar.

Now, a days :
Vijay, Dhanush, Simbu, Vishal, Surya, Karthi and others in limelight only because of the introduction as Star's Sons.

Ajith, Vikram are the only execeptional.

In Malayalam cinema also Mammootty and Mohanal dominate the industry till now.

New heroines are getting familar and note that the Star family Females won't enter the film industry as heroines, because they know each and every think happening in the industry. But new famale heroines are introduced and they are in lime light, but they don't belong to film industry, they will come from ordinary background.

Why this type of differenece in new face heros and heroines ?

Whether the fans should support new faces coming from non cinema background to avoid this dynasty ruling in films. ?
