Describing about screen-play writing is not an easy job that too through mail. You do one thing... go to nearby library refer to some of the books regarding the topic,then try to practise by writing small small events into play. Slowly u will achieve ur goal. 

Has anybody a script writing format of picture film? if yes so please some advice how to write it is?

dude you cannot format a script on your own as different stories have different format , i d suggest you to go for a professional course , institute like provide these courses ,
