when is dasavatharam releasing. and who is the music director of this movie and when audio release. 

i read a news that first of all haris jayaraj was selected as the music director for dasavatharam, but harris refused the offer. any how i am waiting the see big budget thasavatharam. i hope ks ravikumar and kamal hassan will surely give us a good and wonderful movie which will take tamil cinema into a a new height. hollywood make up ladies and stunt people also working in this film. hope this film wil release for atleast pongal 2008.  

i am fan of kamal and i am 50 years old, he is the only tamil actor after sivaji who can do variety of roles in tamil movies. i feel his dasavatharam will be a good product and will entertain us and as i am living as malaysian here we treat tamil films as our entertainment. dasavatharam photos and stills seems to tell us a good story line is there. K.S.Ravikumar is a commercial director, so will know how to treat the screenplay to attract the audience. if possible please let me know the email address or phone number of actor kamal hassan and director ravikumar i like to send my greetings to them. Asin will suit to young kamal. good choice. 

Dasavatharam gonna the only movie to prove the ability of tamilians to the world. Kamal will make this movie a gr8 success. i beleive it. When is Dasavatharam releasing in United States.  

i think after sivaji kamal is the best actor and it is nice to see kamal in 10 different faces, i hope he will do a world record in this.  

i proud to be a tamilian because of the Kamal hassan, Dasavatharam will surely be a milestone of tamil cinema history, there is no doubt about it. but the only bad thing with kamal is that he copy the other movies stories and screenplay. yesterday i use to watch a program in makkal tv. on that they telecast a program about charlie chaplin, on that there is a scence which 100 % resemble the climax scence of "Maichael Mathana Kaama Raajan". the hill house which fell because of imbalance made due to number of persons.

Kamal we are your fans, but please don't copy other's brain child, if you have, please use your own. 

i read the latestnews at cinechance.com that kamal dasavatharam is not release on jan 14th, it's so sad to read the news. they are delaying it very long. shankar is famous for delay in his movie, but now kamal doing the same thing. but i read a news that the songs are fantastic and on the 10 different characters you won't find atleast 3 kamal in that. means, the make up is such that the 3 characters will be hard to recoginze as kamal. such a good thing. kamal is new trend setter and i hope dasavatharam will surely make things happening. why songs are also not yet released. atleast they should release the songs so that we can atleast hear the songs

I expected Dasavatharam to be a gr8 movi but when look at some stills its not. Some getups are normal and has no speciality, but we cant say theses are the once that going to be in the real movi.

Kamal is said to have dubbed in 10 different voices for the characters, we'll have to see the movie to comment about that.

the postponing of the movi seems due to catch a large audience, its not good at all to delay such a long time.

everyone expects a different movie from ks ravikumar and kamal, the stills and photos released so far gives us a blank pictures and we can't able to guess the story line of the movie. the only thing which we can understand through the photos are that kamal ji's age will be lessen. he is looking like 10 years lesser. asin and the god statues shows that kamal is making some "sabatham" to finish the villians.

the film is going to be flop or success only after the first review by the viewers ! But, it all depends on the film viewers, the film may be a good for the "A" class city peoples and would be a flop for "B" and "C" class peoples. but i hope ks ravikumar will cover all the class peoples to made this mega budget movie a super hit. my congrats to the "Dasavatharam" team

why dasavatharam getting so delay to release, it's irritating and the i see a news in the net that asin is busy in hindi and her only film is dasavatharam. and she is not going to do any other movie in tamil as of now, well asin is good actress and she is the TOP no 1 heroine in tamil today trisha is only 2nd and nayanthara is not in the race she is always no no 1 ( heeeee, i am a good fan of her , i can't able to rank her with asin and trisha - she is incomparable ).

kamal sir, please atleast release the film in theatres don't try to hide the movie in theatre too. your protection is very very good and i think you can start a security agency and can provide security to celebrities without your knowledge no one can reach them you are protecting dasavatharam that much ! please be careful, if the hype fails, dasa avatharam ? ok, ok, what's for you ? it's all in the heads of producer !! is'nt 

i am a fan of kamal and my nick name is "kamal" guru as per my friends, well - we expect the movie very much but the problem is the delay, the news about the film is much hyped and it would or not be an advantage to the film, if the preview and reviews of journalist is not good about the film on the release it would surely affect the box office collection. so, kamal has to justify his delay for the making of the movie. moreover, everyone seeing this dasavatharam as kamal film and not as K.S.Ravikumar film. "Indian" film was Shankar film, but now Dasavatharam is Kamal film so, he should be careful about the promotions and should release the stills and photos of the film before the songs release, the reason is songs are composed by a hindi music composer called himmesh, we don't know much about him, if the songs are not good, it might affect the film, so he should first release more photographs and pix of the thasavatharam so that people would await for the movie release rather than taking a decision after hearing the songs.

congrats kamal and his team ! we like to see Iyengar Asin in this film wait and see

is the news true ? kamal and dasavatharam producer spent rs 6 crores to bring jackie chan to release the songs ? oh god, what's a blender mistake they are doing ! if they do something helpful to the poor of tamilnadu with this money, it may help them and also we can proud for kamal hassan and his team, now if the news is correct and he spend rs 6 crores for jackie chan to be in chennai, it's utter waste and i don't have any proud for kamal hassan for producing this film. and i wont' buy the songs cassettes or CDs of this film.

waiting for the release of the film, as the date is nearing i am happy to watch the movie and 10 different characters of kamal, and waiting to find out whether i can identify 10 different kamal hassan without any other's help. ( i am telling this because the magazines write that the film audience will not be able to figure out 10 different kamal as the make up is excellent and original ) 

the film going to release on mayajaal multicomplex and they are going to show 45 shows on saturday and sundays, and on weekdays they are going to show us 40 shows. this is amazing and i hope getting tickets will be easy and we can watch the movie on the first week itself.

and the big news is, they screened maxmimum of 31 shows for a single movie on weekends, and guess which one ? right i tell you, it was Sivaji but our ulaga nayagan's thasvatharam going to be screened 45 shows. ! Wow, amazing. Kamal did it. which any other actor :<> can't.

i believe asin performance in this film will be extraordinary. the t-snuami scene was in the climax of the movie and in one scene asin acted with 10 kamals in single take. there is only one kamal in real, but asin acted keeping the direction of the other 9 kamal hassans in the screen and delivered her dialouge ! how do i know ? hee heee, athu ragasiyam 

No doubt Dasavatharam movie will be great success and it should be select and win Oscar Award for 2008/09. I pray to the almighty it should happen. 

Old Brahmin Character- I think Kamalaasan can play any role efficiently. But it is Brahmin attaire which mostly suits him. His face gladiates once he involves himself in the character.

In the trailer they are showing only 4 characters played by Kamal, one is the brahmin character, second the punjabi singer and dancing song, the third one is normal kamal posing with his hand in his face closing the eyes and the last one is scientist role.

so what are the other roles ?, that 6 charcters like tall man, old woman lady character and the other unknown roles going to make the film goers to sit on the tip of the seat. i bet this film will make a huge collections in box office through out india and will make a record in collections in not only south indian but also Indian film industry history.

so more interest has been created by the producers and kamal side.

he is going to appear in 10 roles, that's going to be the only difference, and nothing going to be new, only commercial formula film.

i expect "Marutha nayagam" type of film from kamal which will be worth if they spend crores of rupees to bring the 16th and 17th century in real in the silver screen.

the reviews in most of the websites is only giving "average" mark.

why kamal wasted that much of amount for just showing his 10 get ups.

i think kuselan will get more collections than this film.

but p.vasu don't give more preference to rajni in kuselan, let give us the same kadaha paramumbol. otherwise you will also exp., this type of reviews

I saw the movie yesterday.. its really awesome movie.. everybody should watch the movie. so guys that will encourage our kamalji to try different in his upcoming projects.. 

Bu11 sitt movie, kamal you have done a movie which is fit for only cartoon network and National Geographic channel. Don't fool people with your special effects, if you need a story please call me i will send you a good script. The movie is fit for only kids, because its a kids movie.  

This is one of the worst Kamal films I have ever seen. I would rather watch Panchathantiram or Vasool raja MBBS for 16th time. Just a bunch of potato heads! I am sorry to say this, Kamal has taken a lot of pain in make up and stuff, but on the screen, it is not at all entertaining.

I am really surpraised that Kamal is giving such a movie. No story, no screenplay, no clear message, no comedy, just chasing and chasing, same type of scenes coming multiple times (train and jeep chase scean is same as electric train and motor bike chase scean)

I would rate 01/05.

I have loved many Kamal movies. This is one is very below average Kamal movie. Even Kamal Fans will struggle to watch this movie few times.

Role -1 - Iyengar – Agragaram people may like – Why we need this role at the first place! – Dies - Okay .
Role-2 – Govind – Scientist – Average
Role 3 – Fletcher : Kamal can start acting as Vilan as we can’t see real Hero Kamal properly in the movie Ravikumar ZERO story level . – Good – Dies in the end
Role 4 – Japanese Kung-fu master –kills the importance of hero Kamal (Scientist)
Role 5 - Black man - Vincent – Dies – Waste of time
Role 6 – Avatar Singh – Waste of time – For Kamal’s age – Good pair - Jayapradha!

2. Songs – Pathetic - Smoking time apart from interval
3. Ravikumar’s touch Missing – No story at all!
4. Pity producers – Not even worth few million rupees why waste billion!
5. Ladies hate due to many killings and more violence (Big loss!)

This cannot win hearts of literates or illiterates. It is very high time to stop delivering what Kamal wanted and deliver what public and producer wanted (i.e.) public wants decent entertainer and producer should not be in streets. This movie may be good for Kamal claiming him to be a Universal hero, but overall lots of people will suffer.

Actor Kamal Hassan's quest for Oscar award is widely known; that he will stoop to any low in that direction is proved by his latest film titled ‘Dasavataram’. Having seen this film in a prominent cinema hall recently, I feel disgusted to say that the film deserves to be totally banned from public exhibition on several counts. First and foremost, the word ‘Dasavataram’ is considered sacred and very much part of Hindu culture relating to Lord Vishnu's reincarnations primarily for destruction of evil; the word any sane man born and brought up in Hindu culture easily understands. It is ironical that this actor has dared to title his film with the noble name which invokes instant veneration and what one actually see or feel is narration of his version of events essayed in his perverted mind, in the name of freedom of expression, without caring two hoots about the impact it is going to make on public mind especially in India. This so-called versatile actor has miserably failed in his attempt to portray 'secularism' as he supposes and understands by choosing to portray other major communities in the country like Christians, Muslims and Sikh as do-gooders and that only Hindus are religious fanatics, right from the very first frame of the film. He has further shown that individuals belonging to international communities including NRIs are bent upon leashing acts of terror on fellow human beings in other parts of the globe, for the sake of gathering wealth and in the name of science & technology. In his colossal misadventure he has even involved the current President of the United States of America by mimicry as well as the known atheist Chief Minister of Tamilnadu in his current official position, as also a fleeting portrayal of past Chief Minister Ms. Jayalalitha by showing her aerial survey of Tsunami hit areas during December 2004, all obviously for the sake of seeking cheap publicity.

The picture titled 'Dasavataram' is truly an example of gross misuse of freedom of expression, not confining to ethical standards expected of an esteemed actor like Kamal Hassan and his reputed team, and as such it should be banned in toto from public exhibition.





 

you should watch this movie for the great actor who is living in our period, the technical brilliance and the efforts made by the cast and crew is reflecting in the movie.

i am kamal great fan.as i agree kamal having much more capable person but if u do more then one job at a time it will be going to make a mistake. i saw this movie on the date of relies ,i love very much kamal.but i would like to make some point about this movie.for example if you take in Hollywood film in each department like production, music ext more then one person are joint together done their work very brilliantly...so i am going to suggest if kamal reduce their trust(responsibility)in this movie.. he can done more wonderful then now.
in tamil film industry are having a wonderful editer like antney. cameraman like pc shreeram, dancer like prabhudeva,art director like sabhusril... there are lot of brilants are we have.. so my kindly request is big hero's like kamal and director r should use their project very in leading person in that industry.... 

fantastic, that's the word i can say. i can see the hardwork of the cast and crew, the technical works are brilliant.

the only minus is the dialouges which is like elastic nothing suits.  

unitll yesterday i thought that sivaji was a over acting actor and kamal is the best actor in the world.

yesterday i saw this movie by mr.kamal hassan . after that i come to a conlusion that sivaji is really a genius. in his navarathiri he gave variety of mannerism and acting differentiation each and every character of the total 9.

but in this film. kamal is showing his own mannerism in each and every character and the voice also let me to bring kamal's original face into the mind. it was a great drawback for an actor like kamal.

but sivaji in navaratiri he used was able to give voice modulation in different for different character 

It is a crap movie. Allthe time we looking for a kamalhasan....
Also The story is difficult to digest for the common man.....

Kamal should stop doing these kind of 10 role hero..... most of them can be handled by many........ Let him focus on more character roles......and do not waste time of others.
