I am a Kollywood fan, i am not a fan of any actor particularly.
In this thread i like to share my views and comments about the recent movies of actor vijay.
vijay is a popular artiste and getting a large fan base, but the movies in the recent not doing well at the box office as previous movies.
here i finds some reasons :
Vijay got a turning point as action hero from Thirumalai movie. After that Ghilli, Pokkiri were super hits and made him collection king in box office after Rajnikanth.
Now, his recent movies Azhaigya Tamil magan, Kuruvi, Villu not doing well, eventhough these movies are profitable to producers not a hit movies as ghilli or pokkiri . why, what's the reason ?
Tamil people usually take Rice as their basic food, sometimes, in the weekend they will prefer for "masal dosa" but it will not be a regular, if so, they would dislike it.
The samething happend. Vijay doing the commercial masala movies one after another. This makes a dislike in the cine goers interest.
Not only fans watching his movies, he should not consider only his fans are watching his movies.
If 30 % fans watching movies, there are nearly 70 % general public watching his movies, they will also go to ajith movies, dhanush movies, simbu movies , madhavan movies.
General public will prefer only look for a good film script.
Autograph or Kadhal not had any top stars but they were blockbusters, because of the film script.
Fans can give good openings, but running for 100 days is in the hands of general cinegoers.
So, Vijay, don't try to follow MGR, Rajnikanth, they did variety of roles in thier starting time, but you are doing same commercial movies one after another in the starting stage without any good movie script. this will not bring you success.
Do variety of roles ( i am not telling you to change your getup like kamal hassan ) try different scripts. your films will ever success.
Fans of Vijay, i am writing this thread not to critize vijay, but to bring good movies to you. So, if you have any suggestion to your beloved actor, write here.
My next comments would be about Actor Ajith.

vijay is a good dancer, but not a good actor like MGR & RAJINI.
Anyhow, he can try to give atleast few character movies in the midst of as usual his masala films to sustain his carrier.

Hi,
I think before you start to go on like a smart as and write an essay about how Vijay is not choosing good scripts,
you should seriously consider joining an English academy to improve your oral/written skills.

1)vijay cannot ch*at tamil audience by giving only masala films
(2)audience will reject his movies and shall prefer other heros if he continue to provide such masala films

just one requeast to actor vijay...Sir you have dubbd many telgu movies n recently a movie named villu whiv=ch was actually from hidi version 'soldier'....so my request is that wen u got a comment from nayanthara that u have body similar to a college student.....so according to me if u remake kuch kuch hot hai in tamil.i think it'll be a tremendous hit..........its my big request!!!!!! pls sir try that movie

Vijay's films are nothing more than regular masala flicks. If you've watched one film of his, you've watched them all. Even his expressions remain the same in all his films. It's not as if he can't act, he just doesn't take the attempt to do so.
In fact, he's so determined to act only in masala films. Watch the interview of him with ARR for Azhagiya Tamizh Magan. At a particular point, he actually says that the movies he watches should have punch dialogues, dance, fight scenes,etc...in short, a complete mass film. Therefore he will only act in such films himself.
A person who says thinks that an actor is only good for rendering punch dialogues, dancing and fighting, should not even be considered as an actor at all. Vijay should seriously consider going for an acting course if he wants to remain in the field.
