my suggestion to all upper middle age actors in tamil, please follow amitab ji, he is doing roles which suit his age. but only in tamil, heroes even in 60's acting as hero's with 18 years girls as heroine.

satyaraj sir, you are capable to do roles of variety , you are also not having any image constraints. i am not telling you to do villain roles only, but do villain roles, comedian role, hero roles, aged roles, with new get-ups, try to do different type of roles without any limitations. that will let you to new heights in acting.
 

first : he should go to an acting school to learn acting
second : should not follow his dad's shoe.
third : should create one mannerisms and acting style
fourth : should select good subject
fifth : he is not top star, so should not try to bring his faith / dis-beliefs inside the cinema.

last but not the least : try to follow all the steps said above
