i am full devotee of lord ayyappa, and the yesudas songs are wonderful to hear, but in recent times i think he also follwing the footsteps of commerical music and his songs also echo the commercial waves. i tell in this that his songs of ayyappa in 1980's were devotional to hear it and we can see the lord in our mind while the song running in tape recorder, but now a days yesudas songs having less soul ! i don't know whether it's due to his age or it's due to the side effect of commercialisation of music. still i prefer singer yesudas songs !

Music mastero ilayaraja came out with a new album dedicated to sabarimala swamy ayyappan titled "Manikantan Geet Mala"
there are 8 songs out of which 6 songs sung by ilayaraja in tamil.

the album is available in tamil, telugu, malayalam and kannada.

SPB and others sung the songs on other languages.

but available only online, not on the music shops.

I am also an ardent fan of Yesudas. The songs that you have enquired about are all from the period 1979-1988 when all Ayyapan Bhakthi songs were of classical form.
I have most of the songs that were recorded under the titles Ayyappa Bhakthi Ganagal Volume 1 to 10 both in Malayalam and their almost identical remakes in Tamil. All these songs are on mp3. I can upload them for you for free if you can tell me how and when.

Yesudas's old ayyappan hits earlier released by tharangini is now available at all music shops.You can perhaps look for them at Music World outlets or Planet m outlets in Madras.Perhaps you can contact the Tharangini office at No 27 ,3rd street,Abhiramapuram ,Madras. The old Ayyappan songs viz.tharangini devotional songs on Lord Ayyappa vol 1-11 and the later Saranatharangini ayyappan songs vol 1-5 are excellent albums.
