movies nowadays are very influencing on society. people would not like to watch a movie just to spend some timepass by watching a movie they prefer to watch a movie which has some good story line and a effective star cast. moreover actors sometimes just dont fit the character they are provided. dont know why movies like GOAL are produced which doesn't have any particular message to society.films like LOVE STORY 2005 should be banned. it just creates bad name for indian cinema

yes, your write.i haven't seen goal and i had taken the risk to watch love story 2050.this movie was a complete crap.there were so many points in the film which the director could have used to better the movie.but till the end he was stuck to the love story.the actor kept on repeating the dialogue "i don't need luck i have love." i was too irritating.

Directors Chirag Arora, Vishnu Shyam and production coordinator Aditi Anand, these are the 3 students accompained mr. ghai to cannes.
Chirag Arora's "Gir Gaya"

Teachers of the film school gave logistical and technical support to the students and the budding filmmakers independently made these films.

we should understand one thing, i am also a well wisher of quality movies, but there are lot of power points deciding a film.
1. producer : he is the basic, he is having the right to select his director, actor, actress and team. but the heroes only deciding who is going to be the director and lead actress.
2. director : he is responsible for the film story, screenplay, but the hero making some influence to diver the story to suit the hero's image, with some more dances, songs, action scenes. distributors also asking the director and producer to give some additions like glamour dances, fighting scenes etc.,
3. Theatre owners : They are saying they can get back their capital invested only if the film is commercial.
so no one is dare to produce, direct a quality movie now a days.
the recent clash between the multiplex theatre owners and producers now came to an end, but the proucers saying that it cost them Rs.200 and Rs.300 crore.
now theatre owners and producers ready to share the profit.
It would be 50-50 percent for the first week, 42 percent for the second week, 37 percent for the third week and 30 percent for the fourth week

bollywood people believes in glamour, fantasy, star value.
they should concentrate on story and screenplay.
that's why lot of south indian movies like tamil, telugu getting remake in Hindi now, ghajini, wanted etc.,
so script writers in bollywood , try to catch new story lines and try to prove yourself
